What do you like most?
This is a hotel specific software that is tailored to hoteliers' needs and asks. It is very intuitive but has its issues. M3 has been working to fix the issue with imaging which has improved significantly. However, the software as a system and functionality is great.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Could improve on voiding already issued checks so they are not reported on 1099 vendors. M3 is working on a prepaids functionality which is great but we still cannot fully reconcile prepaids just through M3. Hopefully it's coming in the future :)
