What do you like most?
Octorate is an excellent product that I've already used, and its potential and functionality are confirmed, thanks to ongoing innovations and automations such as housekeeping, web concierge, and the use of PMS to send guest self-check-in forms. Vincenzo is very professional and knowledgeable, ready to explain every feature to me; I was particularly impressed by the care and attention he showed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I don't know, I come from an experience with other channel managers and Octorate seems to me to be a complete and constantly innovating product.
