What do you like most?
The Support team is by far the best I've ever worked with, in any industry. Every single time I reach out via phone, chat, or email, I receive a prompt and knowledgeable response. I can't say enough great things about the Support team!! ThinkReservations is user-friendly and well designed, and they're constantly adding features and enhancements to make it even better.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The gift certificates are a bit outdated and bland. I would prefer to use our own templates instead of the one gift certificate format currently available.
