What do you like most?
The individual processes, such as reservations, check-in and check-out as well as billing instructions, are well explained through simple and understandable steps. In case of questions, the "Help/Contact" section with Rory offers helpful support, as the assistant provides directly suitable answers to many questions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For lists like the "Reservation Report," a simplified print function would be helpful. Currently, under "Displayed Columns," unnecessary information (e.g., total price, credit card, rates, or source) must first be manually removed before the list can be printed for the restaurant.
