Its versatility for employees and guests, and the fact that once information has been entered, it can very easily be distributed across various channels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great for us to be able to extract reports from Guestnet more quickly and in a more customized way, and to separate certain functions (e.g., minibar and pool service). However, these are minor points.
