What do you like most?
Little Hotelier is easy to use and helps me manage rates and availability efficiently. LH Direct Booking is also simple to use and allows the hotel to have an official website where guests can make direct bookings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some guests do not have an email address, but Direct Booking currently requires an email address. It would be better if the email field could be optional or removed. It would be helpful to show the hotel's bank account details before guests confirm their Direct Booking. The hotel accepts payment by bank transfer, and many Thai guests prefer to pay by bank transfer or cash.
