What do you like most?
We like the newsletter tool. It is easy to use and looks really professional. You can create a newsletter in 15 minutes if you know what you want to write. If we have a question, we get immediately an answer.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
You could improve the connection to AIDA. We think the option date should be transmitted automatically. It is not quite correct that guests with an optional reservation receive a Pre-Check-In email. They are working really hard on many AI-tool, but we don't need and don't use them.
