What do you like most?
Let me start by telling you a bit of background story here. I have several apartments that I must to manage for daily rent. I'm using excel and manual books and it could be overwhelming too. Especially for apartment type with strict health protocols and restrictions. I'm offered by a friend so I join Zen. At first I thought, what will I do with this sophisticated system? Wouldn't it be too much and too expensive? I'll tell you what, I was wrong. Because Zen system were so affordable that a small apartment owner like me able to access the 'big hotels competitive advantage'. No more noting through manual books and focusing on hearsay of floor price or current rates. I could leave it all to the system technology with ease. I am adopting competitive advantage at fair price.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I need a tool to manage the online presence seamlessly. Zen provided just that. So far so good I don't think I have anything else to complaint about their service.
