What do you like most?
Tailor-made system with onsite setup (no remote) RIMS staff has in-depth knowledge of hotel operations Extreme attention to details and personalization Superb and faultless export from Opera PMS Onsite training when going live and onsite support (they do not leave before the system is perfectly up and running 100%, and all adjustments/fine-tuning have been completed. Responsive support 24/7 Easy to amend directly by hotel staff Perfectly interfaced with Opera PMS Direct contact between PMS and RIMS staff for the technical pre-set-up
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Once the setup is over, the system works perfectly like a swiss clock. From the hotel side, I do not see how it could be improved. Since its implementation, it has always functioned perfectly. RIMS is probably the best system money can buy.
