What do you like most?
Thanks to our Gastfreund-Gäste app, guests can find the most important information about their stay in one central location, a real plus for our entertainment team. It also relieves the burden on our reception. The push notification function is also very valuable; it allows us to reach our guests specifically and draw attention to special events. It also makes it easier for guests to give advice; if something doesn't meet their expectations, we often receive a message very quickly via the messaging function. It also allows guests to find important information centrally outside of reception opening hours. Thanks to the clear tile structure and the integration of websites via Webview, the app can even replace part of the website. But the app is also very helpful outside of regular operations; during the storm surge of the century, we were able to reach almost all of our guests quickly and reliably using push notifications, a powerful tool for crisis communication.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The push notifications are somewhat unreliable unless you set at least a 30-minute lead time. The dashboard could also be more detailed and display the traffic figures for all subpages.
