What do you like most?
Amadeus provides Informative granulated data that is not only insightful for me as the Revenue Manager, but also very communicative and interactive. I love the business intelligence investment which is always part and parcel of my Revenue Management toolbox. It's consolidated data at the palm of my hands.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I haven't interacted with the Property Management systems and since that bit is not very popular, the company can invest more on it to compete with major giants like Oracle Hospitality, Amadeus has massively investment in the total ecosystem of guest journey.
