What do you like most?
We’ve noticed that a digital room key is still a new concept for many guests, and it’s nice to take the time to explain how it works, even showing skeptical guests that it really does work. In addition, it saves us time since we no longer have to prepare physical room keys, and it also makes it easy to reassign rooms when needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We did experience some start-up issues in the beginning, and it took us a while to identify the cause. The process could have been guided or supported better.
