What do you like most?
Preno’s cloud-based system is exactly what our modern hotel needed. The UI is sleek and user-friendly, and the API integrations (especially with Xero and SiteMinder) work flawlessly. We love the real-time reporting and how customizable the dashboard is. Customer service is quick to resolve any hiccups.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Wish it had a built-in reputation management tool. Some advanced features require extra training. The only thing missing is a built-in review management tool, but the seamless integrations make up for it.
