What do you like most?
Customization and Guest Satisfaction. The Liverton Smartcheck contactless Checkin is a process that allows guests to checkin without needing to interact with Staff. Various options are available via Mobile App online platforms like Web Checkin/Out and Custom Design self service kiosks. A quality product saving time for guests and staff. Certainly the way forward for Hotels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Whilst most options are covered. Smaller on desk mini KIOSK options may be nice as a more cost effective solution.
