What do you like most?
RUNNR.ai has made it much easier for us to stay in touch with our guests throughout their stay. The WhatsApp integration works seamlessly, and the automated flows help reduce workload for our front office staff while still delivering a personal and friendly experience. The dashboard is intuitive, and the team behind the product is very supportive and open to feedback. Overall, it has already improved our guest engagement and response times.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As the platform continues to develop, some additional customization options and deeper reporting insights would be welcome. However, the roadmap looks promising and we are confident that the tool will continue to evolve in line with the needs of hotels like ours.
