What do you like most?
User friendly, does not take long to know the system. Quick customer support. Easy to check in and out with group that paying together.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
WE are not able to check-out guest from departure chart anymore, we have to click into the actual reservation to check-out. Should be a way we can swing a payment folio into another folio without creating a group folio If a reservation is longer than 15 days, we are not able to see daily rate anymore only average daily rate. This can be changed as well.
