What do you like most?
It was such an easy onboarding process and great results so far, for our first 15 months, so we are very impressed. An idiot-proof dashboard and reconciliation process, that makes month end reporting a dream to breeze through. Sojern is a great asset to our marketing and advertising strategy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If I could improve anything at all, it would be having the option to multi select reservations and reconcile in one go, rather than having to do each one individually.
