What do you like most?
I no longer have to rely on my memory as the Event Management Software system does it all for me. It reminds when I need to send invoices or schedules; it prevents me from double booking; it helps me to bring payments in on time and makes me more professional and much more confident when handling so many weddings each year.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The Event Management Software makes archiving tricky so I would like that simplified and easier to access whenever I need to do so. It also doesn't recognise when the same person makes several enquiries, so you have to delete them yourself. Occasionally a prospective client will book several times and that does muddle things and takes some time which could be better spent. I have raised this issue but was told it was impossible. I can't believe it! This software is so clever that I am sure it can do anything!
