What do you like most?
Immediate opportunity to correct concerns. Ability to see what guests are needing with the opportunity to act/respond ASAP Ease of PMS and Venuelytics to work together to have correlated information. Great communication. The feature of being able to see the reviews come in immediately is priceless. I am able to address any and all concerns right away. The guest doesn't have to sit and think about it as they get more and more upset.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Can't say there is anything I would improve as I believe it to a beneficial part of our business. The team works very hard to answer your questions, address concerns fast and efficiently.
