What do you like most?
We love the platform. Easy to use and learn with a great knowledge base that helps you to master the system. You can always rely on the support team in case you don't find an answer to your question. We totally recommend Cloudbeds University for the entire team to take full advantage of the CB Platform and learn how to use it properly. Cloudbeds offers a solid, reliable and robust technology infrastructure for our daily hotel operations. We definitely recommend it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would love to have an online checkin feature, a mobil app and a guest portal on the booking engine inside the Cloudbeds Suite.
