What do you like most?
Integration was done very quickly for different hotels in different location and I was able to easily get a global view of all my hotels and have automated daily reports. This saves hours of manual work for the revenue team and enabled us to easily get data in order to take the right decisions. On top of that I am able to build my own dashboards and give access to all my hotels GM, Sales, Revenue, Front, finance in order for everyone to have one single source of data. I am also able to load Forecast & Budget. There are many set up reports also created by In Touch Data which comes already made for you when you start.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As much as I can easily update my dashboards reports that can be sent by email cannot be customized by myself but the ITD team helped to do this. No we are looking at bringing more data source into the BI such as STR, POS ....
