What do you like most?
ITD provides great service, with somewhat customizable reporting. The service provides fully automated summarization of key performance metrics displayed in easy to read charts and graphs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The sheer volume of accessed data can overload servers causing errors when navigating. The inhouse BI service is extremely powerful, however can be unresponsive when manipulating large amounts of information.
