What do you like most?
The tool is easy to use, automatically handles the individual guest communication before arrival, after departure and during the stay and always provides us with an up-to-date overview. In addition, the ratings are not only displayed on our website, but also distributed to all important portals. The alerts and regular reports are great and have become indispensable for us. The internal comparisons and benchmarks also benefit us enormously in the area of QM. Our permanent contact person in support is worth its weight in gold and actively supports us in using the tool optimally!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Unfortunately, not all PMS on the market offer an optimal interface with all functionalities. Here, however, the PMS providers have to improve.
