What do you like most?
The staff are great and easy to get in touch with. The system is easy to use and works well for our needs as serviced apartments without a reception. Guests can easily access their rooms without the need for a member of staff to help. All that's needed is a code inputted into the FLEXIPASS mobile key app and they can access their apartment.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The ability to send multiple automatically generated codes so each guest has one automatically rather than having to manually do this, but I'm sure this feature will come soon!
