The staff are great and easy to get in touch with. The system is easy to use and works well for our needs as serviced apartments without a reception. Guests can easily access their rooms without the need for a member of staff to help. All that's needed is a code inputted into the FLEXIPASS mobile key app and they can access their apartment.

FLEXIPASS Keyless Mobile Access is incredibly easy to implement at any type of hotel property and seamlessly integrates with our leading guest management system to provide hotel guests with an unparalleled experience.
Flexipass is incredibly helpful for the staff at the hotels we also collaborate with. They have developed a very well-functioning and stable solution that really facilitates the stay for both guests and staff.
Flexipass is a great keyless mobile access tool for hoteliers. Excellent integration and partnership with SuitePad. My contact Luise and the team are always very responsive and helpful, really nice working together.

The number of integrated keylock systems as well as hotel management systems differentiates Flexipass from its competition. Besides that Patrick Lomsdalen is a very experienced business partner who's always focused on the best solution for his clients.
FLEXIPASS's team is extremely deep knowledge in the keyless mobile access space. From hardware needs to integration requirements, their engineers and product teams are fantastic to work with and provide everything you need to succeed.
What Flexipass does differently from its closest competitors is that they are very service and customer focused. They have created an app, as well as a web app, that can be tailored to the customer's unique look & feel. With passion, goal focus and the absolute highest level of technology, they ensure that the hotel world takes a step in the right direction.
I think Patrick and the whole team are very hands-on and very close to their partners and customers, this is great. They are also always open to joint marketing initiatives to promote both our products to the world of hoteliers out there.
The FLEXIPASS APP is completely customizable, allowing hotels to match the app to their branding to create a consistent guest journey. What's great is that it is compatible with industry-leading door lock providers Assa Abloy, Dormakaba, and Salto.

If I could give one piece of good advice to anyone considering working with FLEXIPASS keyless mobile entry, it would be to ask lots of questions of their team. They are very helpful and always provide timely responses to inquiries.
Flexipass collaborates with some of the worlds mostly used lock systems and therefore they are very future proof in comparison with some of the new-comers in the field. Yet they are very future focused and are always updated with the latest tech.
