What do you like most?
The software not only simplifies and optimizes the work of the maids, but also helps to better manage maintenance and all internal communications; concretely helps to improve customer service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
integration with the PMS to be able to find the Hoxell notes also in the customer file in the Hotel management software; some pms already do it, others unfortunately don't (including the one I used)
