What do you like most?
Minimize and avoid human errors in writing the records. Records and histories are stored in Cloud for easy tracking and review together with operation logs. Save time in traditional record filing and information retrieval.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Just some fine tune of the management portal for data filter. And the data process time during operation, not sure if it's due to the wifi network or mobile hardware issue. In overall, the application performance is satisfactory where fine tunes are expected to accommodate the ever changing clientele/market trends.
