What do you like most?
Customer Services always available. User friendly system. Once you know the system is very simple to navigate and to assign tasks
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In the almost 2 years using this system, I can't find any glitch. At the beginning, since I wasn't have any knowledge about this system, was a little frustrated. Since I learned how to use it, everything was/is more simple.
