What do you like most?
Excellent channel manager that is easy to use, efficient and has never let me down. The diary is simple to navigate giving a clear visual picture of the bookings, who is yet to arrive and who has checked in.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Eviivo continue to improve the usability of the product, including the mobile app and its reporting functionality which has added to the impact on how I run my hotel/business and plan for future months.
