What do you like most?
Despite the very short lead time, our switch to Guestline was supported competently and with expertise at all levels. The training was professional and tailored to our requirements. Our individual wishes were also understood and made possible in the application. And even after installation, the support team is always on hand with solutions. It is great that short training videos are also made available. This allows us to see the added value of the software more quickly. We are also very happy that the sales team convinced us to go for the CLOUD-based solution. It makes us less dependent on the possible failures of the data center in which the old software solution was hosted. We were impressed by the overall package and it is fun to discover more possibilities of the program every day. Because it is adapted relatively quickly to the latest news and current needs of the industry. Conclusion: we are happy to have found such a competent team and future-oriented software for our everyday hotel life in GUESTLINE. We would do it again anytime!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
1. When entering and editing bookings in the future, stay on the selected date and do not jump back to the current date every time you jump back in the editing mask. 2. Possibility of subsequent name changes for invoices that have already been finalized. 3. Simpler cancellation procedure for invoices with more than 3 invoice items or days of stay.
