What do you like most?
Neobookings has turned out to be the key piece of our ecosystem, due to the support, knowledge, experience and closeness of its human team and the ease and resolution of its different tools. Since we redesigned our web environment with them, we have seen our direct bookings grow. The booking engine is very easy to use and the support team is always available when we have a question. In addition, we are very happy with the digital campaigns they are creating for our hotels. They communicate our vision very clearly and show us the results of the different actions transparently.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have been working with Neobookings for several years and we have seen how they have grown, how they integrate our comments or requests and how they continue to design tools that make our work and daily management of a hotel chain easier. Communication is very fluid and they always find a solution to offer us something better. I am convinced that we will continue to collaborate with them for many more years.
