What do you like most?
The overall workflow is very visual. I can look at the Calendar and understand what is happening without opening every Reservation. Splitting a stay and changing the room assignment are also simple, which helps a lot when guests change their plans.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our local invoicing requirements can be quite complicated. It would be helpful to have more flexibility for local tax invoices or a smoother connection with local e-invoicing providers, so the team does not need to handle extra steps outside Cloudbeds.
