What do you like most?
The hotel saw significant revenue growth while relying on hotellab RMS to automate pricing decisions and respond to market changes.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To try better to equalize the forecast and the actual outcome. Also if you could dig deeper into Mews in order to prevent the blocks showing currently as made reservations. Blocks are given to shipping companies (2-3 rooms a day) and sometimes they fulfill them sometimes not. So eg We made yesterday to RN sales, but 2 RN blocks got cancelled, we are on xero.
