What do you like most?
Cloudbeds is a fantastic property management system that makes running our boutique hotel much easier. The platform combines reservations, the front desk, and online booking channels into one clean dashboard. Everything updates in real time, which stops double-bookings and saves our staff hours of work every week. The system is easy to learn, easy to use, and the customer support team is always helpful and fast to respond. We highly recommend Cloudbeds to any boutique hotel looking to improve their daily operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only real area for improvement is the mobile app, which is quite limited compared to the desktop version and doesn't easily allow for quick booking modifications on the move, yet it does the job.
