What do you like most?
Amenitiz is a very good manager of booking platforms (OTA). We wonder how we managed before! The tool considerably facilitates reservation management and allows a real time saving. The advisors are friendly, patient, and always available to support us. Their professionalism and attentiveness are appreciable. And the interface is pleasant.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More detailed tutorials on the different settings would be very useful, if they do not already exist. This would save time and limit appointments with the advisors.
