What do you like most?
It's comprehensive and very easy to follow. It's not overly complicated with extra words and information on each page. You click a button and can easily see what comes next. After my first guest, I felt very comfortable moving around in the system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maybe streamline gift card purchases and soften the colors on the dashboard. If softening the colors isn't an option maybe make the buttons smaller... purely cosmetic.
