Excellent customer support! ResNexus is always easy to contact, and their support team is fantastic. They not only help fix whatever issue I’m having, but also take the time to make helpful suggestions along the way. I worked with Jaclynn Pratt today, and she went above and beyond. She quickly fixed what I needed and made several excellent suggestions that will help us moving forward. It’s so refreshing to work with a company where you can actually reach knowledgeable, helpful people when you need them. Highly recommend ResNexus and their support team!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If multi-room discounts are offered, have the option so that when a guest books, it is automatically applied and they see the discount on their receipt.
