What do you like most?
I found Octorate a great choice thanks to Vincenzo's professional training. He supported me in setting up my profiles, taught me about booking management, accounting, and search engine management, including setting up rate plans, cancellation policies, and automatic payments for site bookings. Octorate is an excellent product, and Vincenzo is an excellent professional.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Octorate is an excellent channel manager in my opinion. I don't think there is anything to improve, it's very intuitive.
