What do you like most?
We use Octorate as our channel manager and are very happy with it. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and allows us to easily manage bookings, availability, and rates across multiple channels. Another strong point is definitely the support: in particular, Alice M. has always been available, professional, and highly knowledgeable, helping us with great care in managing and connecting our accounts.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The overall experience is very positive, and we're satisfied with the service. Some features could be made even more user-friendly, but these are secondary to the robustness, reliability, and quality of support.
