What do you like most?
Exely is a user-friendly platform that makes managing hotel reservations and distribution easier. The system is convenient, and the support team is responsive and helpful. The interface is easy to navigate, and having different tools in one platform saves time and makes daily hotel operations more efficient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Exely is a user-friendly platform; however, there are some areas that could be improved, and I would like to suggest the following: - It would be helpful to display prices directly on the timeline without requiring users to click on each date. Also, adding a feature to adjust rates by percentage directly from the main rate would make rate management much more efficient. - For group bookings, it would be more convenient to have a bulk room assignment option instead of assigning rooms one by one. - It would be helpful to have the ability to update rates for all rooms within a group booking at once, while still keeping the option to modify each reservation individually. - Currently, when changing a guest's name for one room within a group booking, the change is applied to all reservations in the group. It would be better to allow guest names to be edited separately for each room or reservation within the group booking. - When creating a reservation with a different price from the one already set in the system, we currently have to create the reservation first and then go to “Edit” to change the amount. It would be much more convenient to have the option to adjust the price directly during the reservation creation process.
