What do you like most?
Thanks to the clear layout, guests are guided very intuitively to the hotel's information and can immediately find the information they need. In addition, working with the Gastfreund team is very professional, and they’re quick to help. Their support is excellent, something that, unfortunately, is becoming increasingly rare these days.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our native language is German. It would be nice if, when using multiple languages, certain pages could be partially hidden, since some information is only available in our native language. For example, last-minute specials at the restaurant. Due to time constraints, it’s not always possible to provide this information in all languages, so those sections appear only in German. If those pages could be hidden, it would look a bit more professional.
