What do you like most?
Easy to use, even for my part time students at reception who don't have a hotel background. With the tutorials it makes it easy to learn in short sections. A very quick 24/7 support and a good contact to our customer success manager who is always happy to help. They constantly improve their system with new features. So overall a highly recommended PMS and Management System.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Options to create banqueting accounts, function sheets and billing, like in Opera. But they will release a new feature in 2027, as I have been informed.
