What do you like most?
RoomPriceGenie is straightforward, easy to use, customizable and simple. The support team is also wonderful to work with! I wish all aspects of my job were as easy and reliable as RoomPriceGenie.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only issue I've ever had was a connectivity snafu with our PMS. When I automatically uploaded rates for a specific date range it didn't apply our LOS settings.

What a wonderful review, thank you! Our support team will be thrilled to read this. We’re sorry the minimum stay settings didn’t come through on that upload. We’d love to make sure it doesn’t happen again, so we’ll be in touch.
