What do you like most?
It is very easy to check in guest with tablet that we use. Less papers left to file. Less time to wait as a guest.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As I just work with the software on the reception I don't use the software for anything different than check in and message with the guest and with those two things I don't believe needs improvement.
