What do you like most?
In my previous review, I was quite negative about Stardekk and mentioned what could be improved. I can't edit that review anymore, but I'd like to add that they contacted me out of the blue later in the year to conduct a customer satisfaction survey. When I explained that we weren't using the product, we received a full refund. So, ultimately, a satisfied customer.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
What could be improved is that they were proactive from the start. I was angry and disappointed for seven months, but it was finally resolved.
