I can't edit that review anymore, but I'd like to add that they contacted me out of the blue later in the year to conduct a customer satisfaction survey. What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

Stardekk is such an incredibly versatile platform. Their Cubilis channel manager is very easy to set up, map with your PMS, and troubleshoot. With some PMSes, the mapping is fully automated, saving you much time when migrating your tech-stack and/or updating your rate plan.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

The Stardekk team has a massive heart for their clients. Rather than onboarding clients left, right, and center, they focus on specific regions and audiences to ensure a very high level of service. This service is provided by the support team, and certainly also by the sales & account management teams. Their level of expertise is fantastic and I highly recommend hoteliers to explore their options with Cubilis by Stardekk, as there is much added value to be provided!

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

When changing your channel manager, make sure to clean up your rate plan. Don't just migrate it. Clean it up from top to bottom, deleting old rate plans that don't deliver results and adding new ones (ask the Stardekk team for advice on what works best). Don't be afraid to connect many new OTA's and channels, as it'll boost your visibility in untapped markets.
