Quick 24/7 response to requests and operational issues; I have had several inquiries because I am unfamiliar with the program, but I have found it easy to find answers and solutions to the issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More accurate reports, suitable filters; I suppose the program is very suitable for the property, since it is a small hotel.
