What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Prices keep increasing, and the OTC integration requires far too much manual work when it comes to precise settings and price adjustments. It should be much easier to adjust prices using fixed amounts rather than being limited to percentage-based changes, and pricing management in general needs to be more flexible. It should also be possible to manage different pricing for the direct website and OTC channels without relying on numerous workarounds. An even bigger issue is the lack of support for differentiated availability across OTC channels without complicated custom solutions. The current setup is unnecessarily complex and inefficient — it simply should not work this way.
