What do you like most?
The software's user-friendliness and the chat feature are excellent, as they are easily reachable in case of problems. You often speak to the same people, so they can follow up on your case. Regular updates also improve the software.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Managing options in relation to OTAs. Communications via SMS, for links, such as welcome booklets... Internal reminders via SMS for customer payment follow-up.
