What do you like most?
Our reception isn't staffed 24/7. With the mobile key, we can still offer guests a flexible and welcoming experience, without anyone having to rush. Guests are responding positively. For many, it's still a new system. They're enjoying trying it out and seeing the benefits. The positive experience guests have with the mobile key also positively impacts their experience of the hotel and their stay.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The hotel has many different entrances. Each door has its own swipe button. As a result, guests see a long row of swipe buttons, which is not very clear.
